Returns Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit. For all returns please email hello@downthelane.com.au and provide you order number and reason for return. 

The following conditions apply to any items being returned:

• All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refused for return.
• All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returns be sent insured and with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.
• Please allow 7 days from the time of receipt for your return to be processed.

FAULTY GOODS

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives to you safely, however in rare instances damages do occur please notify us via email to hello@downthelane.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your items.
